    Dated January 10, 1986
    Stationary has raised White House insignia
    The White House envelope has a 1985 date. There were 2 letters from the White House at the time and the wrong one got placed here in this mat. This was not even noticed. I don't think I have the correct envelope. If I can find it I will include it.
    This was double matted and it was originally framed. It is sold now with just the mat and without the frame. It is backed with Foam core
