This is a
signed photograph of President Ronald Reagan by Ronald Reagan.  It has a message at the bottom of the picture which reads, "To Tilford Payne With best wishes," then it is hand signed by Ronald Reagan.  Just to give you a little provenance, with a google search you can quickly verify the recipient of this signed photograph was a late washington d.c. attorney.  When viewing the signature with a jewelers loupe, you can clearly see the hand written autograph has a different color tone and texture from the printed portion of the message to the recipient. The dimensions of the frame are right at 8.5 x 11.  The picture is covered in glass with this frame.  The autographed photograph was professionally framed by HOUSE OF FRAMES 3967 SEVENTH STREET ROAD LOUISVILLE, KY 40216.  When viewing my listing pictures you may see a reflection of my camera lens reflecting off the glass of the frame, so know that this is not any issue on the photograph itself.  The photograph is protected withing the glass frame and is in excellent condition!
