    Description

    Rare Flute Wood kooh haverhill N.H.. Condition is Used look like new. 12 1/2 inc. head-made.
    Made by William Koch, Jr. of the father and son company Haverhill NH.  There are a few people who have such an instrument because it is so rare, and they are known to be excellent musical instruments.  Unusual head joint.  The design originated in Germany, but never caught on.  Fortunately, there was a wide range of tuning for other instruments.  My instrument was made by William Jr. by adding a block to the stamp, which he made by adding the city name - Haverhill - under the last name.
