RARE! 1889 Rutherford B Hayes, Dated Full Signature w/ Spiegel Grove Inscription

RARE!  Rutherford B. Hayes, Dated Full Signature with Spiegel Grove Inscription.  Dated either Oct. 24th or 26th and has Spiegel Grove above the date.  Signed on a slip of paper measuring 3" x 1.875".  Some creasing in corners and some staining is present.
Spiegel Grove was the name of Hayes' Estate in Fremont, Ohio.  He inherited the property from his maternal uncle, Sardis Burchard.
Hayes was President of the United States from 1877-1881.  During his tenure as President, Hayes oversaw the end of the Reconstruction Period.
