Here is a very special time capsule...
This comes from the estate of Thomas Brogan of Auburn, NY, a civic minded man who was instrumental in signing up voters for JFK's run for office at the NY State Fair in 1960.
He worked directly with Robert F. Kennedy (then a NY senator)
In this lot there are 22 original photographs, mostly 8x10's, along with other related newspaper clippings
One photo is a hand-signed photo from JFK with the inscription "Thanks, Jack"
There is also a photo with RFK, a photo with FDR Jr, NY Governor Harriman, Senator Stuart Symington, a personalized photo from James Farely, a picture with the radio/TV Hugh Downs and more...
There is also an original telegram from a conversation with RFK as well as 4 aerial views of the NY state fairgrounds
All the photos come together in an old vintage binder that had been sitting in Brogans family attic for nearly 60 years. You will receive the item the same way it has been kept in the dark for the last half-century.
