It comes with a COA signed by Viny Masseo, who worked at Associated Press from 1954 to 1994. Vinny received the original negatives from Cecil Stoughton in 1963 and made only one copy of each in 1963.

    This item is original 11x14 type 1 photo of President John F. Kennedy taken by White House Official Photographer Cecil W. Stoughton.
    We obtained a collection of these type 1 photos from Vinny Masseo, who was working in Associated Press at the time and was a close friend of Cecil Stoughton. Vinny got the original negatives from Cecil in late November 1963 (after the assassination) and made one of certain photos in 11x14 format. You will receive a COA signed by Vinny Masseo stating origin and the history of the photos he made. The last photo you see is Vinny when he was working in Associate Press while developing photos.
