    Published in 1888 to promote the approval of construction of Reading Terminal by the Philadelphia & Reading Railroad.   112 pages, about half of which are names of people who signed petitions to support the P&R.  Much supporting material on the concept of the Terminal, how and why it would be built.  The Pennsylvania Railroad was working behind the scenes to defeat this effort.
    The front cover and last page are detached and the rear cover is missing. Interior pages in good condition.
