Jimmy Carter Inaugural photo signed by President Jimmy Carter, Rosalynn Carter, President Gerald Ford, Betty Ford and Chief Justice Warren E. Burger.  The 11.5 x 8.5 color photo of Burger administering the oath of office is matted in a window cut matting and signed on the matting by the participants.  The overall size is approximately 17 x 15.  Generally fine with some slight soiling at the edges in a few spots.
