Incredible Handwritten 4 Pg. "Arrest & Capture of Lee Harvey Oswald" Autographed

Description

Fascinating 4 page handwritten story about the arrest and capture of Lee Harvey Oswald, assassin of President John F. Kennedy. This document is completely hand written and signed by Dallas police officer Nick McDonald, the man who captured Oswald. Written on white, 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of paper.
McDonald starts by describing his approach and entrance to the Texas Theatre. He goes into great detail about how he first saw and then approached Oswald, who was sitting in the theatre. In part, McDonald says:
"I turned quickly into his row! Moving closer,  saw his empty hands were folded in his lap. As he calmly looked up at me I spoke with a strong voice of authority, 'Get on your feet'! He realized he had waited too long to make a free and open move of aggression.
He stood slowly, as if in slow motion, facing the movie screen, blinking and turning his head to me. We were face to face. I stared into his icy cold, steel blue eyes. In an attempt to conceal his guilt, his expression changed to surprise and innocence like that of a child caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
Without a command, he started bringing up both hands and in a voice of resignation, he spoke softly, 'Well, it's all over now.' I thought he was giving up, and for a moment I was surprised at the simplicity of the arrest! I had him!"
This document is in excellent condition.

I hired Nick McDonald to do a private signing of Kennedy/Oswald/Ruby related material, including a number of these handwritten copies of the "Arrest and Capture of Lee Harvey Oswald" narrative.
Officer McDonald has passed away, so once these are gone I won't be able to get more.
An absolutely incredible Oswald related item.
