We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound Package Express, depending upon which is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Freight Items can take up to 5 business days.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get things moving on a replacement.
If the tracking information for your package shows it was never delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.
