No physical disc shipped. Plugin software installers can be downloaded
from Avid website.
Make sure you already have a free ilok account before you buy.
Ilok.com will  need your ilok account users id to complete the transfer.
Email us your ilok id after you buy and the transfer will be completed within
2 to 14 hours.
You will also have to have your our registered ilok 2 or 3   to move the license on.
