Directions Step 1: Always pre-rinse wheels that are cool to the touch. Step 2: Mix your desired ratio in your foam applicator. Step 3. Apply even foam to all surfaces including the wheel barrel. Recommended dwell time is 2-4 minutes. Foam 2 wheels at a time for greater efficiency. Step 4: Heavily soiled wheels lightly agitate. Step 5. Rinse thoroughly with a gas or electric pressure washer.
