Authentic Signed Ronald Nancy Reagan 8x10 Photo & Rose Garden Souvenir With Note

This 8x10 photo belonged to a prominent numismatic collector who visited the White House
several
times through 3 different presidencies.
We took the
photo out of the frame it hung in for years.
The front has fading where the matting covered the edges of the photo. Both top back corners have residue where the photo was taped to the matting and the top middle of the back has a small piece of tape.
Also included is a souvenir from the Rose Garden. It looks like a pine cone with a tag that reads:
"We had a private tour of White House Feb 7, 1988 (Sunday) courtesy John Houser Secret Service. Souvenir of Rose Garden at the White (House), picked up after watching Pres. & Mrs. Reagan land on lawn and return to White House after trip to Camp David via helicopter Feb. 7, 1988."
