Ford  dated July 1, 1976 and President Jimmy Carter dated June 30th, 1980 with the advice and Consent of the United States Senate pursuant to Section 809 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to one: William F. Floyd III of Georgia.  Appointment under Seal of both Republican and Democratic Presidents approximately 13" X 10" in matted Frame approximately 19' x 16" under protective UV glass , both appear in a well preserved state but appointment signed by President Ford may be over protected in plastic which was in fact, signed three days before the 200th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
