1916 signed woodrow wilson postmasters appointment.Here we have a signed 1916 California postmaster appointment by president Woodrow Wilson. Appointment is in fair condition with some minor paper foxing most notable on back and some ink staining on the bottom left. Unfortunately this item does not have a psa/Beckett/ jsa coa but the presidential seal is correct, both autographs are clearly ink on paper, and if the paper stock is held to the light You can clearly see the correct presidential watermark. Definitely would make a nice piece in a presidential autograph collection and a friend would make a great display piece. And if you end up sending to a proper authentication company and it turns out to be not genuine I will refund your amount you paid(minus what you paid to authenticate) with the proper rejection letter.
